The main factor that is overlooked is that they are competent in their own companies competency system. Our development programmes build on this. Supervisors who are responsible for assessments also need to understand how people become competent and develop some basic coaching and feedback skills. We can offer a number of nationally accredited qualifications for assessors, coaches and internal verifiers.
