Polaris Learning have just landed their third contract with Westhill based company Technip.
This third contract follows on from our initial successful development of a competence assurance scheme and delivery of staff appraisal workshops, which have both been contracted over a two year period.
Technip have now commissioned Polaris to work in partnership with their Marine Operations department to develop the skills and competencies of their Diving Operators and Supervisors in order that the Company can:
- Comply with Norwegian legislative requirements for operating new technology
- Identify and mitigate competency related risks in the introduction of the new diving system technology.
All of the above contract are designed to comply with both HSE and IMCA guidelines.
